Sad news! Ketki Dave's husband Rasik Dave is no more. Rasik bhai (as he was fondly called in the industry) breathed his last today. He was on dialysis for the last two years. The kidneys continued to deteriorate and the last one month was very painful. Rasik was 65. He passed away today (July 29) at 8 PM.
Rasik is survived by his wife, son and daughter. The funeral is expected to happen tomorrow early morning around 7 am.
Ketki DaveKetaki's mother is also a famous actress Sarita Joshi and her father (late) Pravin Joshi was a theatre director. She has a younger sister Purbi Joshi who is also an actress and an anchor. Rasik and Ketaki Dave ran a Gujarati theatre company too.
Rasik started his career in '82 in a Gujju film 'Putra Vadhu' and worked in both mediums Gujrati and Hindi. Ketaki and Rasik even participated in 'Nach Baliye' in 2006.
