Amitabh Bachchan, who is currently hosting the famous quiz show will celebrate his 83rd birthday on October 11th. Even at this age, he remains incredibly active, working in both television and films. He has been a key figure in the industry for the past 56 years. But even today, his to his work remains undiminished. Big B's makeup artist, Deepak Sawant, spoke about the actor's professionalism. He has been working with Amitabh for the past 53 years. The two first met on the set of the film "Raste Ka Patthar."
In an interview, Deepak spoke about Big B's dedication to his work and his bond with the actor. He considers himself lucky to have worked with Amitabh. After God, he trusts Big B. Deepak says that if he ever has to fight for Amitabh, he will not back down. He will not even risk his life. Deepak spoke about Big B's work ethic. He said that the actor always takes care to ensure that no producer suffers financial loss because of him.
Deepak said, "Amitabh arrives on set 30 minutes before the call time. He doesn't demand a fixed shift. If necessary, he even works 16 hours at a stretch. He doesn't leave the set until the producers call it quits. This routine has been his from the beginning. He continues this practice even today. He rehearses at least 10 times before giving a shot. He prefers to practice alone."
Deepak claims that there's no star like Amitabh Bachchan. He says, "In these 50 years, I haven't seen another actor as punctual and disciplined as him." Akshay Kumar, to some extent, rivals him. He's also punctual. But he has a fixed work schedule. He arrives and leaves the set at a specific time. Amitabh, on the other hand, can work for 16 hours straight and still return to the set the next morning.
