Kartik Aaryan and
Vidya Balan joining host
Amitabh Bachchan on the show to promote their film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan both revealed the charitable causes they were supporting on the show. Vidya chose to back the 'HAMARA FOUNDATION,' while Kartik played for both 'HAMARA FOUNDATION' and the Tata Memorial Hospital. Kartik shared a personal story, explaining that a few years ago, his mother was diagnosed with cancer and courageously fought through the illness.
The episode also had Kartik Aaryan's mother and father who came on the show as the special guests on the show. Big B continues the game and poses the first question worth ₹1,000 to Kartik and Vidya: "Burgundy is considered a shade of which of these colours?" They correctly choose Option B) Red. The studio audience had kids as audiences and they got a chance to dance with the superstar.

Kartik jokes that he plays football in real life with Abhishek Bachchan and next time when he meets him he is sure he will get scolded.
While discussing her love for Mr Bachchan, Vidya reveals how during Paa she played his mother and during a monkey dance sequence it started raining. During that moment she stared at Big B and said, "Dekho kahan mujhe Aaj Rapat karna tha aur yahan main unki mummy ka role kar rahi hoon." This left Kartik in splits of laughter. She expressed her desire to dance with Big B on a romantic dance number. A reluctant Amitabh Bachchan agrees to dance after saying, "Humko ghar jaana hai." Vidya shakes a leg with Mr Bachchan on 'Dilbar Mere' and they win everyone's heart with their chemistry. Vidya jokes, "Cheeni Kum aapne kar li hai Cheeni zyaada hum kar lenge."

Talking about his life, Kartik Aaryan shared, "Coming from a family of doctors, I couldn't express that I didn’t want to become a doctor or an engineer, but I tried to reach Mumbai and purposely cleared all the exams of colleges in Mumbai or close to Mumbai. I got admission in DY Patil college. My parents thought I was studying BIOTech there but I was going for auditions."
He further added, "Jab meri pehli film Pyaar Ka Punchnama ka audition crack hua tab maine Mom and dad ko bataya that I wanted to be an actor. I remember it was a very emotional moment. Maine rote rote Andheri station par tha wahan se call kiya tha maine. Wahan se local train leta tha main jaane ke liye. Main toh ro raha tha mummy bhi rone lagi achanak se. Woh bhi shock mein aagaye kya bol raha hai mera beta."
Kartik Aaryan shared, "Just two days later, my mom and maasi (aunt) were sitting in director Luv sir’s office. I was performing a romantic scene, and they were watching it on the laptop." Kartik Aaryan reflected, saying, "That's when my journey truly began. Whenever I did bag a project I always felt it is their loss, not mine. There was never overconfidence, this thing gave me strength, it empowered me."
Kartik's mother added, "Woh (Kartik) wahan ro raha tha ke project mil gayi, main yahan ro rahi thi kyun mil gayi hai..Tu doctor ban jaaye toh accha hai. Aaj tak yehi lagta hai sir doctor yaa engineer ban jaata toh settled life hojaati, abhi bhi struggle life hai with each movie." Kartik's father revealed that the actor had got admission at a medical college but even he was not willing to make his son a doctor which left Kartik's mother shocked. However, the actor's father revealed he did not have a bank guarantee to give and hence the admission got cancelled.
Big B introduces the 'Super Sandook' segment with Kartik and Vidya, and the two playfully argue over who would get to have lunch with the megastar if they answer all 10 questions correctly. They manage to answer 8 question correctly and win Rs 80,000. They decide to revive lifeline 'Audience Poll'
Kartik and Vidya answer the next few important questions correctly and reach the Rs 25,00,000 question.
