Kaun Banega Crorepati 16: Host Amitabh Bachchan gets a special surprise from the audience as he completes 55 years in the industry

The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 started with rollover contestant Hetvi Vasudev Patel, who managed to win Rs 12,50,000 before quitting the show. After Hetvi’s departure, a woman from the audience stands up and asks Big B if she can say something. The megastar playfully responds, joking that she would have to say, "I want to talk," referencing the title of his son Abhishek Bachchan’s upcoming film.


The fan expresses to Mr. Bachchan how meaningful this year is, marking 55 years since his debut in 'Saat Hindustani' in 1969. She notes that the audience has cherished his work over the decades and describes the KBC stage as a second home for him, where he shares a unique bond with the team and has created countless memorable moments for viewers. She then reveals that the stage and audience have a special surprise for him.

The audience holds up "We Love You" posters and presents a large photo of him created from a brick puzzle. Deeply touched by this heartfelt gesture, Big B thanks the studio audience warmly. Big B shares, "Yes, it's true that it's been 55 years— since 1969 when I entered this industry," he shared. "My first film was Saat Hindustani, produced and directed by Khwaja Ahmed Abbas. It was a remarkable film about seven soldiers who went to liberate Goa, which was under Portuguese rule at the time. They fought to free Goa and proudly raised the Indian flag there."

The episode next welcomed contestant Aashi Singh from Pune, Maharashtra, securing a spot on the hot seat. She eagerly makes her way to the stage, where Big B warmly congratulates her. Aashi shares that it was her father's dream to be on KBC, and since it’s his birthday today, she promised to gift him this special moment by making it to the hot seat.




Aashi played a brilliant game and answered some tough questions on the show. She took home Rs 25,00,000.
