Anshuman Mathur from Rajasthan takes the hotseat. He teaches museology – study of museums. He did his Masters and also Ph.D scholar.
His game begins with Rs 20,000 question.
He uses video call lifeline for Rs 1,60,000 question: Which is the only country other than India to have won a gold medal in kabaddi at the Asian Games? A. Pakistan, B. Bangladesh, C. Sri Lanka, D. Iran.
He wins Rs 80,000 in Super Sandook round and revives video call a friend.
Big B teases him and asks, “Kuch aur subject me Ph.D kab karenge? Itna padh likh ke kya karenge?”
He uses audience poll for Rs 6,40,000 question: Who was the last US president before Donald Trump to have been elected for non-consecutive terms? A. Warren Harding, B. Grover Cleveland, C. Calvin Coolige, D. Benjamin Harrison.
He correctly answers option B and wins.

After answering a question, a woman from audience poll gives correct answer. Big B wants to know about her occupation and learns she is also doing her Ph.D. Big B looks at Anshuman and then asks Vaidehi, if she is married. Big B then says, “Show ka naam bahut jaldi change ho jayega. Yeh match making show banta ja rahe hai.”
He uses Double dip lifeline for Rs 12,50,000. First he goes for option C and then option D, which is the correct one.
His question for Rs 25 lakh is: The working of which human body part was discovered when a bullet-hit person came to Dr. William Beaumont for treatment? A Stomach, B. Liver, C. Brain, D. Kidney.
He prefers to quit and before leaving, he foes for option B but correct answer is A.
