The episode of Kaun Banega 13 started with host Amitabh Bachchan welcoming the contestants and playing the Fastest Finger First - Triple Test. Yuvarajappa BC, a deputy chief engineer from Karnataka wins the round and registers his place on the hot seat.

The episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13 started with host Amitabh Bachchan welcoming the contestants and playing the Fastest Finger First - Triple Test. Yuvarajappa BC, a Deputy Chief engineer from Karnataka wins the round and registers his place on the hot seat. Big B starts the game with Yuvarajappa and after giving back-to-back answers, he gets stuck at the Rs 5000 question which was related to Bollywood.
He used 'Audience Poll' to answer it. He was made to hear a song 'Jhoka Hawa Ka Aaj Bhi' from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and the question was: Who is the singer of this song and the answer was: Hariharan. Yuvarajappa crosses the first hurdle and wins Rs 10,000.
Mr Bachchan then plays an introduction video of Yuvarajappa and he shares that he is the first engineer from his village. He has been working as an engineer for almost 30 years and currently works with the Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation for the last 11 years as Deputy Chief Engineer. Big B praises Yuvarajappa for his simplicity and how he is a complete family man.
The game begins further and after answering the next few questions, Yuvarajappa manages to win Rs 20,000. However, he uses another lifeline for the next question which was: Through which of these does light enter the eyes before reaching the lens. The answer was: Pupil. He uses the 'Flip the Question' lifeline. He selects the 'My City My State' option and a new question is presented before him. The question is: What kind of animal do dancers performing the Pili Vesha folk dance traditionally dress up as? Yuvarajappa swiftly gives the right answer: Tiger. He wins Rs 20,000.
He answers the next few questions accurately and goes on to win Rs 1,60,000.
Big B then chats with Yuvarajappa and asks him about his married life and the latter shares with the host how they met. And the host praises their couple. Amitabh Bachchan reads out the next question for Yuvarajappa for Rs 3,20,000. The contestant is shown a video and is asked What type of creature is this? He gets confused and decides to use the 50-50 lifeline. The answer was: Elephant Seal. He wins Rs 3,20,000.
Mr Bachchan asks what he will do with the money and Yuvarajappa reveals that his wife is the one to decide. The host pulls his leg and says a lot of contestants say this but do they really give the money to their wives? He tells Yuvarajappa's wife to ask for the full amount as soon as she reaches home.

He confidently answers the next question about politics and wins Rs 6,40,000. Yuvarajappa decides to use his last life 'Ask The Expert' for Rs 12,50,000. The question was: The World's longest and deepest railway tunnel, the Gotthard Base Tunnel, is located under which mountain range? The answer was: The Alps.
Big B then reads out the Rs 25,00,000 question which was: Who along with Martin Eberhard, started Tesla Motors? The answer was: Mark Tarpening. As he has exhausted all his lifelines and is unaware of the answer, he decides to quit.
He takes home Rs 12,50,000.
After Yuvarajappa leaves from the show, housewife Geeta Singh Gaur, who hails from Gwalior wins the Fastest Finger First - Triple Test round and makes it to the hot seat. She walks to play the game wearing her Rajputana Poshak and Big B praises her. He tells all the contestants to not feel bad as of all the contestants, Geeta ji is looking very beautiful. Geeta ji also returns the compliments and tells him that she shared with her daughter the other day that Big B is wearing nice shoes these days.
Mr Bachchan then reveals a secret behind wearing these shoes. He shares that he has fractured his toe and hence has to wear these shoes. He also says that a lot of people have been complaining about why he has started wearing these weird shoes nowadays. They laugh over it.
The host starts the game with Geeta Singh and she answers the few initial questions confidently. Geeta Singh then talks about a place in Rajasthan where she was born and narrates a real-life story of her grandfather who fought for a girl child. She shared how her grandfather would go and sit outside the house where any woman would deliver a baby and would refuse to leave unless he was assured that the girl child won't be harmed. His grandfather played an instrumental role in erasing social evil.
Geeta Singh gave the right answers for the next few questions and won Rs 10,000. Then Big B plays the introduction video made on Geeta Singh. The video leaves everyone stunned as Geeta Singh reveals the story of her life and shares how she got married at a very young age but she did not give up. She completed LLB at the age of 35, after almost 16 years of quitting studies. She is shown driving an open jeep. She runs an association which started with 8 women and now it has 150 women. Geeta's story about her second innings leaves everyone impressed. Big B praises her driving skills and shares that even he enjoys driving an open jeep.
After answering a question on Mary Kom, Big B shares with the contestant Geeta Singh about his meeting with the popular boxer. He reveals that she had her kids with her and she gifted him her boxing gloves which he has kept safely. As the episode comes to an end Sunita Singh becomes the roll-over contestant. She has won Rs 40,000.
