Karisma Kapoor will appear as a special guest to celebrate the iconic food culture of Bollywood’s beloved Kapoor Khandaan. She shared that in her home, food has always carried love and togetherness, making this episode extra close to her heart.
Kapoor Khandaan special challenge brings heritage to the kitchen
The upcoming episode will focus on the favourite delicacies of the Kapoor family. The challenge is designed to blend tradition with innovation. The contestants will recreate classic family dishes and elevate them to a MasterChef-level presentation.
Setting the mood, Chef Ranveer Brar announces, “The soul of the dish, the heritage of the Kapoor family, and the originality of these classic Indian dishes, and to make a MasterChef-level dish." The statement makes it clear that the episode will test more than cooking skills. It will test emotion, authenticity, and creativity.
Karisma calls acting first love and food second love
Karisma opened up about how food plays a big role in the Kapoor household. She spoke about the deep bond her family shares with cinema and meals. She said, “Acting is our first love and our second love is food," bringing a smile to the MasterChef kitchen.
She also spoke about what food truly means to her family. Karisma added, “Our family’s food has always been about love, memories, and togetherness. Sharing my family’s love for food with the MasterChef India kitchen was an incredibly proud moment for me."
