was announced in March, the entertainment industry was asked to stall all shoots indefinitely. Kanikka Kapur, who starred in the show ‘

Ek Duje Ke Vaaste

2’, says that rather than stress about it, she chooses to look at the brighter side of things. The show, which started airing in February this year itself, has Kanikka playing the character of Suman, who belongs to an army family. Despite being aired for just a month, the

actress

says she is staying positive and hopes things get better soon.

She says, “It was so unexpected because we had planned on being stationed in Bhopal for a year where the show was being shot. However, due to the lockdown, we had to return to our hometowns. The good thing is that we received a lot of appreciation in that short time – it showed that people liked the storyline. I’m still receiving messages from friends and fans where they ask me what happens next in the story. This is a positive sign and luckily, our show will resume once the lockdown ends.”



Kanikka has also been a part of the reality show ‘India's Next Superstars.’
