Actress
Kanchi Singh, who recently attended a Children's day function for the ocassion in the city of Indore, made the most of her two-day visit there.
Wanting to explore more of the place,
Kanchi
decided to take a drive down to
Mandsaur, a couple of hours away from Indore to visit the only and very famous Lord Pashupathinath temple there.
Speaking on the same she said, "I had heard about the only two Pashupathinath temples in the country, one being in MP and the main one in
Nepal
, so when I realized I was this close to the one in Mandsaur, I just had to make a visit down there. My visit to the temple was absolutely divine, and I felt blessed and peaceful being there."
She added further, "The shivling with its faces of Lord Shiva was so beautiful. It is also said that the Shivling had emerged from the waters of the
Shivna
on a Monday, which is considered an auspicious day by the devotees of Lord Shiva. My visit to the temple was so lovely, and I definitely want to go back there again sometime with my family."
