JD Majethia's Hats Off casting director Kuldeep Singh Chauhan has tied the nuptial knot. Kuldeep got married to actress Kiran Rajpoot. The marriage, which has gone unreported so far, happened on May 10.
Talking to ETimes TV, Kuldeep revealed, "I am from Jaipur and my wife is from Ujjain. We got married in Biaora, closer to Ujjain. We did the mehendi and sangeet in Jaipur."
Kuldeep, who was recently awarded as the 'Best Casting Director' in a TV award function, said that he knew Kiran prior to their marriage, as she had worked in JD Majethia's 'Wagle Ki Duniya' in a certain story. "During that time of 'Wage Ki Duniya', I had spoken to Kiran on a couple of occasions on the phone and a few times on the sets. I liked her from those days itself and I am lucky that my family happened to arrange the same match; it is an arranged marriage. Kiran is a lovely girl."

Kiran was also seen in 'Anupamaa' in a meaty track, some time ago. Besides 'Wagle Ki Duniya' and 'Anupamaa', Kiran has also done shows like 'Mere Angne Mein' and 'Baal Krishna'.
Kuldeep has been with JD Majethia's Hats Off for 3 years and has been associated with shows like 'Jhansi Ki Rani', 'Phir Laut Aayi Naagin', "Tujhse Hai Raabta' amongst many others.
Kuldeep and Kiran have settled down at Mira Road in Mumbai. The couple had a nice honeymoon in Manali and Kashmir for a few days and now, Kuldeep has resumed work. On the other hand, Kiran is awaiting a good role to get back to acting.
JD (as he is fondly called in the industry), unfortunately, could not attend the Kuldeep-Kiran wedding as he was on his Mt Everest expedition.
