Jayshree Soni, Karanvir Bohra, Aniruddh Dave reveal their New Year plans

At home or on vacation, these popular faces from Rajasthan are all set to ring in the New Year with family and friends.
Actress Jayshree Soni doesn’t plan to go out and party this New Year’s Eve. The Chidiyaghar fame actress says, “I am not a party animal and do not like to hang out till late at night. I would prefer to celebrate at home with friends.But I would like to start my New Year seeking Shirdi Sai Baba’s blessings. I will go to the temple and will thank him because I recently bought a new flat and will soon shift to my dream home.”
Actor Arhaan Behll, who was last seen in Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, has plans to spend New Year’s Eve with his family in his home town Ajmer. “After almost 4-5 years, I will be home to ring in the New Year. I am desperately looking forward to this New Year’s party because many of my cousins and other relatives from different cities all are coming to Ajmer to celebrate. So this year I will spend some time with family. It will be a kind of family reunion for me.”

TV actor Karanvir Bohra, who is recovering from dengue, has planned a special vacation with his wife Teejay, and the couple is heading to Goa, where they also have a house. Teejay says, “Since we cannot plan a long break due to Karan’s busy shooting schedule, we have decided for a week-long break that we’ll spend in our Goa house. Due to strict instructions from the doctors, Karan has to follow a diet chart and cannot eat spicy food, so I am planning to cook healthy meals for him. It will be fun to be with each other without any worries of shooting schedules.”
Actor Prashantt Guptha says, “This year has been a hectic one for me with the release of two films, travelling to various film festivals and doing some brand endorsements. So I haven’t been able to spend much time with my family. I have planned to bring in 2015 with my family over a quiet dinner with some spiritual music and a house full of candles. My in-laws are also in town so it’s going to be more of a family reunion for me. After all, a celebration of any kind is a celebration only when you’re surrounded by your loved ones.”
Social activist and culturist Sundeep Bhutoria, who is usually in Ranthambore at this time of the year for the past few years, has not been in Jaipur for some time either. About his New Year plans, he says, “I am occupied with a lot of desk work and other happenings. Normally, since the past few years, January in my diary is for Jaipur because of polo, literature festival and the winters, which I am fond of. But this year even that looks difficult. I am trying to be there for a day for the literature festival as I have some overseas commitments. For New Year, I will be at home, as quiet evenings are something I am always deprived of.”
Actor Rahul Singh, who is currently enjoying a break, also plans to spend December 31 with his family. He says, “I’m already in my home town Udaipur with my family. Elders and young ones, everyone is here. We have organised a party at rooftop on the banks of Picchola Lake. This New Year is special because it’s the first with my son Zoravar who just turned 9 months old.”
Jaipur boy Aniruddh Dave, who is busy shooting for the show Bandhan, won’t be home for New Year’s Eve. The actor says, “I will be celebrating New Year in Mumbai. I am constantly shooting for Bandhan so I don’t have many holidays. I am not much of a party person. I prefer the company of my friends. New Year’s is also a time for introspection for me.”
