Jayati Bhatia shares tips for summer, says good sleep, hydration are the keys
Actress Jayati Bhatia, who essays the role of Sharda Bua in the television show ‘Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile’, has shared tips on battling summers and the intense heat. With temperatures soaring, summer has already knocked on the doors across many parts of India.
The actress has said that a good sleep and hydration are imperative for a healthy lifestyle, and that one should pay attention to what their body is telling them during summers.
She shared, “In today’s fast-paced life, we often forget to listen to our bodies. Health is about balance, taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. Even small moments of self-care can go a long way in keeping you happy and healthy. Sleep on time and keep hydrated”.
The India Meteorological Department has issued a forecast for above-normal temperatures for most regions between March and May. Several areas across the nation are already experiencing heat levels significantly higher than seasonal averages. Concurrently, periodic western disturbances are triggering unseasonal rainfall, thunderstorms, and gusty winds, especially across northern and central parts of the country, offering brief relief from the heat. Southern regions are steadily heating up, with cities already touching the mid-to-high 30°C which is expected to climb further.
Parts of western India are expected to see temporary moderation due to cloud cover and rain. Overall, the season is expected to feature more frequent heatwave days combined with sudden weather changes, making the summer both intense and unpredictable across different regions.
Meanwhile, ‘Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile’ explores the evolving relationship between two individuals brought together by unexpected circumstances. The story follows a man and a woman from contrasting backgrounds whose lives intersect through fate rather than choice.
