Jay Soni, who was a part of the popular show 'Nach Baliye 7', is sporting a newly acquired lean body. The actor has spent a lot of hard work in building up his physique spending a lot of time and effort in the gym. He shares exactly how he got this look, "I wanted to sport a leaner look and so I started working towards it. My dietitian has given me a planned diet which I am following all the time.
Also, my wife cooks for me every two hours, as I have to constantly keep eating at regular intervals. I work out for 90 minutes everyday." Jay draws inspiration for being fit from senior actors in Bollywood. He says, "When it comes to fitness, I am really inspired by
Akshay Kumar because he is a perfect example. I want to follow him in every possible way. His exercise routine and his sleeping habits are legendary.Even I want to wake up at 4.30 am. In fact, my new year resolution is to have a lean physique and take my fitness it to another level, overall people will see a different Jay Soni."
