Jasmine Bhasin who has been a prominent name in the Industry took to her Instagram handle to share a disappointing incident that she experienced while flying in an airline.
Jasmine Bhasin took a picture of what caused her discomfort - it was a tray that had be
en repurposed with tape. She wrote, “I want to feel pride in flying on our national carrier. But @airindia ye kya hai Tape laga ke tray chipkaai hui hai Super sad.”
Jasmine Bhasin mentioned that she wasn't doing it for publicity or anything similar to that, rather she was doing it as the staff were being completely negligent and careless. It was clear that for an airline that caters to customer service as its top priority, this negligence couldn’t be tolerated. Jasmin Bhasine did exactly that.
Jasmine Bhasin mentioned the airlines to make sure that this negligence gets sorted out very quickly. She said that she feels proud to have been flying in her national carrier, but Air India wasn't making it easy with such negligence on the staff’s part. She says that she was “Super Sad” because of this.
