. While he looks forward to doing more challenging roles, he also feels emotional about ending the current show."It hurts to say goodbye to a much loved show. I still remember the day when I was casted for the role here, I was on cloud nine! One of the most joyous days for me so far. But who can know about the destiny holds in store. I'm thankful to the makers and team for trusting and loving me. I really want to work with the makers again."

Kunal also feels every ending has a new and beautiful beginning. "Like every sunset has a new sunshine, similarly every ending has a new and beautiful beginning. I'm looking ahead to playing some challenging roles. I'm up for signing new projects right now, as I do not want sit idle. It may affect my mental health. But working and keeping myself engaged will help me remain fresh and energetic."

Kunal is known for featuring in

Saath Nibhana Saathiya

, says that he is working on honing his skills meanwhile. "I'll use this time to polish my acting skills further. Moreover there are some good reads and must watch movies that I had been meaning to catch on, which I will do now. I also have to take care of my workout, household chores and so much more. Right now, I'm quarantining myself at home for a week or so as a precautionary measure, as I was out acting on the sets and was around a lot of people".
