Ishq Ka Rang Safed fame Snehal Rai's car gets hit by a truck; actress is unharmed - Exclusive

Actress Snehal Rai was heading towards Pune when a speeding truck hit her car completing destroying the bumper and mudguard of the causing severe damage. The driver didn't panic and drove the car in a direction that could save them.

Fortunately, nobody was severely injured. Her driver and she were taken out of the car safely. However, when the actress approached the owner of the vehicle for compensation, the truck owner not only threatened them but also denied any compensation and eloped. She called the nearest police station immediately and police arrived on the spot.

Talking about the incident she told ETimes TV, "I could not process what was happening. Suddenly out of nowhere a truck is hitting my car. Thanks to my driver, he saved my life. We called the police station and the police arrived within 5 to 10 min. I am really thankful to Mr Yogesh Bhosale sir of Borghat Police station. He was very helpful. I was panicking thinking of what just happened and they provided glucose and whatever was necessary at that point."

Further she added, "I don't know why people say that police doesn't reach on time. In today's time they do reach on the spot and help you with everything that is necessary." She couldn't file an FIR as the truck driver had eloped and she had no details about the vehicle. She's headed to a hospital as this horrific incident shook her completely.
