Imlie update, January 5: Imlie acknowledges the shocking truth

The latest episode begins with Aditya and Imlie having a conversation. Aditya interrogates Imlie about Aryan and her relationship with him. Imlie gets furious and tries to leave the room. Aditya stops her and demands her answers. Imlie responds by saying that he is a married man now and coming after a woman like that doesn’t suit him. Moreover, Imlie recalls everything she has been through because of Aditya.
Aditya then asks her why she sent him divorce papers if she was not cheating on him with Aryan.In response, Imlie confirms that she was not the one who sent him divorce papers. Malini enters and surrenders herself by accepting that she was the one who sent both of them divorce papers. Things get worse as she starts accusing and blaming Imlie for all her ill doings.
Imlie interrupts Malini and confronts her about the same. Imlie then asks Aditya if he’s happy letting her dear friend ruin their relationship and their life forever. Aditya stays quiet. Malini apologises to Aditya and confesses her love for him once again. Imlie leaves the room as Aditya has nothing to say.
As the episode continues, Imlie asks Aryan to tell her something interesting so that she can distract herself from all her problems. Aditya yells at her and tells her that she shouldn’t forget who she is talking to. He continues to say that he is one of the only billionaires of the country and owner of several businesses and a former Mr. India. Imlie bursts out laughing as she couldn’t believe Aryan was once Mr. India.
The episode ends with Aditya asking Imlie to have a conversation with him. Imlie shouts at him saying Malini has always been interfering in their lives and he is still believing her.
