I just want to spend time with my son: Kinshuk Vaidya

Kinshuk Vaidya and his wife, Diiksha Nagpal, have welcomed their first child, a baby boy, on March 8. An excited Kinshuk says the past few days have been a whirlwind. “It’s a great feeling. We haven’t yet had the time to sit back, take a deep breath and realise that things are changing so fast,” he shares.
The Shaka Laka Boom Boom actor reveals he was in the middle of a shoot when he received the news that Diiksha had gone into labour. “I rushed from my shoot and managed to reach the hospital on time,” he says.
Becoming a father, he admits, has already shifted his priorities. “Right now, I just feel like being with the baby. I have to push myself to step out of the house for work. I just want to finish work quickly and get back to spend time with him. That’s all that’s on my mind,” he says with
a laugh.
Kinshuk adds that he and Diiksha were mentally prepared for this new phase. “We wanted this, so we were ready for it. Now we’ll have to see how we manage physically because we’re working during the day and the nights will probably be busy. It might be a bit challenging, but it’s absolutely lovely,” he says.
