, which started in August 2017, is wrapping up next month. After a four-year run, the show is set to bid adieu to its viewers.

Madirakshi Mundle

, who plays the role of Parvati, says, "The show was earlier shot in Aamgaon before shifting to Naigon recently and though the travel was hectic, it was enjoyable away from the hustle and bustle of the city."

Talking about the show, she says, "Since I have already been part of mythologicial shows earlier, I could easily slip into the role of

Goddess Parvati

. I have mixed feelings about the show wrapping up. There are many memories associated with it. This was a beautiful experience indeed."

Madirakshi isn't worried about getting slotted in mythological roles. She says, "At the end of the day, it is all about a good role, whether I play a mythological role or do a social drama. If the role does not connect with viewers, the genre does not really matter."

Madirakshi had replaced Akanksha Puri who was earlier playing Parvati in the show. When Akanksha had quit the show, she had said how there was not much left for her character in the show. Madirakshi however did not feel that way. "You should ask the makers if there was no scope for Paravati's character in the show. I have been essaying the character for a year now and I never felt that," she says.

Sharing her views on the content in television, Madirakshi says, "TV is still geared towards family audiences and even when I have to consider a show, I feel it must be enjoyable for the entire family. I wouldn't say it is tough landing good projects in television or any other medium but destiny plays a significant role."
