Karan Johar loves Jaya Prada and the late legendary actor Rishi Kapoor's song, 'Dafli Wale Dafli Baja' from 'Sargam,' which also happened to be Jaya's Hindi film debut. He has never left an opportunity to groove a leg on this song and what better opportunity than to dance with the heroine Jaya Prada itself. Karan and Jaya danced to the song and left everyone applauding them. The makers of Hunarbaaz shared the video clip on their social media and wrote: "Yeh weekend hoga shaandaar, jab saath thirkenge Karan aur Jaya Prada ji ek saath, iss grand manch par ✨." Fans couldn't stop commenting about how much they loved this performance and deeply missed Rishi Kapoor ji. For the unversed, Karan had used this song in his film Student Of The Year with late Rishi Kapoor. Karan has also spoken about his love for the song in many of his interviews and how as kid he would dance to the hit song.

In one of the earlier interviews with BT, Jaya Prada had spoken about Rishi ji's love for dance and her first interaction with him. "Rishiji may have been a hero for the world but for me, he was always my friend, Chintuji. He was my first Hindi film hero. On the first day of the film, I was both excited and nervous to be standing in front of a huge star who was smiling at me. He came up to talk to me and make me comfortable. He helped me get through long shoots. Since I had to dance barefoot, whenever I was hurt, he’d come running to check. He was fond of dancing and would give me a run for my money."
