Hrishikesh Pandey recently joined the team of Teri Meri Doriyaann, where he is seen essaying the role of Yashraj Baweja. Talking about his character in the show, Hrishikesh says, "It is shown that my character, Yash came from a middle-class family and did not have the means to support Jasleen's (played by Gauri Tonk) luxurious lifestyle. He asked for a 10 lakh loan from her father Akaal to start up a music studio, but Akaal declined to give him a loan. Over time, he worked hard and now he has become rich and is a known artiste in the music industry. I am enjoying playing this role because music means a lot to me."
He adds, "I am not a singer par mujhe sher aur shayari karne ka shaukh hai. Whenever I am in my house alone or travelling in the car, I love listening to music. Music really calms and soothes my mind."
