How Vatsal Seth becomes Ishita Dutta’s real life hero

Ishita Dutta who will be pairing up with Vatsal Seth for the show 'Rishton Ka Saudagar — Baazigar', met with an accident recently when she was shooting. The actress was shooting a romantic song when her saree got stuck in a fan. While the fan was on a lower level, Ishita was on a higher ground and there was a chance that she could have been pulled by the fan, but luckily for her, her co-actor Vatsal Seth jumped in to save her.


She says, “My saree’s length was more than usual. It was about eight-and-a-half inches long. I knew that there were huge fans placed below, but I didn’t think my saree could get entangled there. But the minute I felt something pulling me, I realised that the saree had got stuck in the fan and even though I was holding on to the pillar, it was pulling me back. Luckily Vatsal saw this and rushed towards the fan and held it so that it didn’t fall. By that time everyone came and I was saved. Yes, Vatsal like a true hero showed some presence of mind.”
