Hina Khan shares cryptic post on self-destruction amid stage 3 cancer battle fight; says, “Think before you act..”

Hina Khan is currently battling stage 3 breast cancer and has been openly sharing her journey with her extensive fan base. However, recently she posted a cryptic message on self-destruction that serves as a powerful reminder to think before acting. Re-sharing a reel about the ripple effect of small decisions, Hina emphasized the importance of self-awareness.


She captioned the video, "Self-destruction starts with ignorance, arrogance, ego, and zero tolerance. When you become a swellhead, a 'Mr. Know-It-All,' you dismiss advice, suggestions, and opinions of others, and you eventually lose your mind." She continued, "And trust me, you wouldn’t even know it. So, think before you act. Your one action can ruin everything for you and your loved ones! Just look at the ripple effect of one wrong decision. Think before you open your mouth. And remember, only a fool knows everything."


Earlier, the 36-year-old actress also shared a workout clip, offering a glimpse into her healing journey. The video showed Hina deeply focused on various exercises, from leg extensions to weightlifting. Alongside the clip, she wrote, "A thousand reasons may present themselves to pull you down every day. But I have a promise to fulfill for my future self. And I am committed, are you? PS: This is strictly done under my doctor's advice and trainer's supervision. Only when my body allows. Last month, Hina stepped out of her home for some much-needed self-care. She indulged in chocolates, enjoyed shopping, and treated herself to macaroons and hot chocolate. Sharing the experience on Instagram, she captioned the post, "Indulging in a well-deserved treat... Stepped out after months for some shopping and hot chocolate.
