Hina Khan and Karan Mehra to get a new look as their show takes a nine-year leap

TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will take a time leap of nine years in March.
All the child artistes on the show will grow up to become teenagers, and auditions are on to cast the younger generation. Hina Khan (Akshara) and Karan Mehra (Naitik) will sport a new look, which is being kept a closely guarded secret.

Speculations were rife about a change in the time slot for the show, which will complete six years in a few days.However, we have been informed that it will continue to air in its original slot. Producer Rajan Shahi and Hina, however, didn’t revert to our text message.
