Glam twist in Maddam Sir: Gulki Joshi aka Urmila becomes lead actress of a film

Maddam Sir is all set to bring yet another exciting track for the audience. This time, the Mahila Police Thana will witness a splash of glamour, as a big film director turns the police station into a film set and makes Urmila (Gulki Joshi) the lead actress of his film. However, this dazzling affair soon turns into a troublesome affair for Karishma Singh (Yukti Kapoor) and Urmila when an accident takes place while filming the movie.Actress Gulki Joshi shared the details of the upcoming track.
Gulki, essaying the role of Urmila and Haseena Malik said, “The latest track is going to be a joy ride loaded with excitement. Urmila being the free-spirited bird gets very excited when a film crew decides to shoot at the Mahila Police Thana. To add to her excitement, the film director scouts her as the lead actress of the film. To herself, Urmila is a regular vada pav seller so for something so magical to happen to her becomes a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence. Hence, the vibe in the Mahila Police Thana is brimming with fun and excitement.”
She further elaborates, “However, Urmila’s dreamy phase ends rather quickly and she falls back down with a big threat looming over her head. Amid what looks like a mix-up of guns, Urmila gets hold of a real gun while filming a scene and mistakenly shoots a member of the crew, leaving him injured. Urmila falls into a big mess when the film crew files a complaint against her. So, it’s really chaotic now and I am excited for the audiences to see how she gets out of this situation.”
