In today’s episode of Ghum Hain Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Dr. Srinivas, Sai's senior doctor, takes her to a PTSD (posttraumatic stress disorder) ward where injured police officers are being treated for physical or mental trauma. Sai inquires why this ward is vacant. According to Dr. Srinivas, they are being treated outside by an artist. Sai requested the doctor to take her to the artist. Dr. Srinivas agrees and takes her out to meet Sahiba, the artist. Sai is taken aback to see Sahiba.
Meanwhile, Virat visits an orphanage, meets the manager, and informs her that a child named Vinu was brought here from City Hospital following a bus accident. He hands over the file to the manager and requests her to provide information about Vinu.
Vinayak gets dressed for school and is about to leave when Bhavani joins him. She (Bhavani) asks him to become a police officer once he grows up. Vinayak explains how he wants to become a doctor like Sai. Bhavani shouts at Vinayak, asking him to stop taking Sai's name. She asks him to become a police officer rather than a doctor.
Bhavani calls Vinayak an outsider which irks Pakhi. She (Pakhi) responds by saying that Vinayak is her and Virat's son. She also adds that even if she has a biological son, she will prioritize Vinayak first. Bhavani doesn't like any of her words.
