In the latest episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, we see Ishaan (played by Shakti Arora) scolding Savi (played by Bhavika Sharma) for confessing the truth to Harini. He expresses his concern for Harini's well-being. Harini discovers Savi's mangalsutra in her bag, which leads her to confront Savi about it. Initially, Savi feels compelled to confess, but she later explains to Harini about Ishaan's engagement with Reeva (played by Sumit Singh) and her decision to move on. Harini is shocked at first, but once she understands the whole situation, she promises to stand by Savi's side.
Later, Harini apologizes to Ishaan for causing trouble and wishes him well for his future with Reeva before leaving. When Ishaan returns home, he informs his family that Harini now knows the truth. The Bhosales react positively to this news. Meanwhile, Savi and Harini enter their new home, where Savi assures Harini that they are welcomed and loved. Ishaan is going through emotional turmoil.
At the Bhosale family home, Yashwant taunts Chinmay for doubting the connection between Savi and Ishaan. Surekha offers to pray for Ishaan at the temple, while Reeva expresses her happiness about her upcoming official marriage to Ishaan. Sandhya informs Savi about suspicions surrounding her absence at the tea stall, which piques Harini's curiosity. Savi deflects with a fabricated excuse. During dinner, Ishaan pretends to be content with Reeva despite his underlying sadness, which she notices.
In a private moment, Harini confronts Savi about the tea stall and learns about her rustication. Meanwhile, Reeva questions Ishaan's emotional state, leading him to retreat to the bathroom to hide his tears. Harini apologizes to Savi for inadvertently causing trouble.
