In the latest episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin starts with Reeva's parents questioning Ishaan about his future plans with Reeva. Reeva defends Ishaan, explaining that he's tired after a long day at the hospital. Ishaan then asks Reeva if she's curious about why her parents were asking those questions.
Meanwhile, a nurse tells Savi that they can continue their conversation later and encourages Harini to eat. Savi insists on feeding Harini herself. During this, the nurse mentions to Harini that Savi and Ishaan had a big argument, which led to Savi arriving at the hospital with her bags. Harini, confused, asks Savi about the situation. Surekha confronts Ishaan, questioning whether he plans to bring Savi and Harini into their home.
Swanand warns the Bhosale family that if Ishaan goes through with it, his marriage to Reeva will never happen. He even threatens to disown Reeva if she continues seeing Ishaan. Yashwant firmly states that Savi and Harini will not be welcomed into their house. Harini notices that Savi isn't wearing her mangalsutra and asks about it. Savi tries to come up with an excuse, but Ishaan steps in, explaining that it broke and he sent it for repairs.
He assures Harini that she will be discharged the next day and he will take her home. Harini agrees, and Ishaan leaves. Savi feels heartbroken as she confronts Ishaan about making decisions without consulting her. She expresses her concerns about how his family, especially Surekha, Yashwant, and Durva, will treat Harini.
