Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin couple Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma officially file for divorce after four years of marriage; reports
Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin couple Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma, who were earlier reported to be facing issues in their marriage and were also speculated to be staying separately, are now reportedly heading for divorce. According to a report in News18, the couple has apparently officially filed for divorce.
A source close to the couple informed the entertainment portal that Neil and Aishwarya have been staying separately for the past few months and they have officially filed for divorce. The formalities of the divorce are expected to start soon. While there is no clarity about how exactly the problems between Neil and Aishwarya started, they are now confirmed to be heading for divorce.
Recently, Neil Bhatt was spotted with a mystery woman in Mumbai and paparazzi captured the two together on camera. Neil and Aishwarya have been living separately and have not made any joint public appearance. They duo, who always made funny and dance reels together, have also been missing from each other's social media posts. The two also haven’t posted any pictures with each other since Holi this year. While Aishwarya frequently uploads her solo photos and videos on social media, Neil has maintained a low profile, his last Instagram post was a brand collaboration shared on September 16, 2025. He was also noticeably missing from Aishwarya's Ganesh Chaturthi, Karwa Chauth and Diwali festivities.
In June 2024, when reports of Neil and Aishwarya first started doing the rounds, the actress issued a statement and requested everyone to not spread negativity and false reports. I have been silent for a long time. Not because I am weak but because I have been protecting my peace. But the way some of you continue to write things I have never said, build narratives I have never endorsed and use my name for your own publicity without facts or accountability is deeply painful," she wrote on her Instagram stories. Let me be clear: I have not given any interviews, statements or recordings. She said, "If you have any real proof, any message, audio or video of me saying these things, show it. Stop spreading news in my name. My life is not your content. My silence is not your permission. Please remember just because someone is quiet doesn’t mean they have nothing to say; it means they are choosing dignity over noise."
Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma first crossed paths on the sets of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, where their connection quickly turned into love. On the show, Neil portrayed Virat Chavan, while Aishwarya played Pakhi. The couple got married in 2021 and later appeared together on reality shows Smart Jodi and Bigg Boss 17. Fans have expressed their shock over the same on social media.
