Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Meiin: Savi’s grows anxious as she realises Ishaan’s truth

The latest episode begins with Savi seeing a bus stop in front of her and remembered her mom's advice. A drunk thug demanded her bag, but she stood up to him, echoing her mom's words. She fought back, and the goon ran away. The next morning, Ishaan saw Chinmay returning home from the window. Shikha asked Chinmay if he found Savi, but he hadn't, even checked her hostel. Shikha wondered where Savi could have gone. They both looked at Ishaan.


Ishaan received a call and looked shocked. Savi arrived at the hospital and asked the doctor about her aunt, Harini. The doctor explained that Harini had a minor convulsion, causing her body to stiffen, but she was recovering and could wake up soon. Savi apologized to Harini and wished her a speedy recovery. The doctor mentioned they needed Savi's consent for Harini's treatment, and she signed the form.


They handed her Harini's medical bill, which worried Savi about how to pay it. Ishaan entered, concerned, and asked the doctor about Harini. The doctor assured him she was fine and explained the situation. Ishaan offered to pay the bill, but Savi insisted on taking care of it herself. The doctor agreed to contact only Savi regarding the bill.


Reeva couldn't find Ishaan in his room and searched for him. Surekha suggested he might be in his room, but Reeva noticed his absence and his missing car. Surekha decided to call him. Reeva expressed her concern and efforts to find him.
