Ganesh Chaturthi is here and the excitement is high among the people. Celebs are busy with the preparation and bringing Ganpati home. However, actress Yesha Rughani, who is a popular name in the entertainment industry, prefers making Ganesha's idol herself. Following the tradition, this year, too, Yesha made a beautiful idol of Lord Ganesha.
'I follow my heart and just make the idol'
Talking about the same, Yesha said, "Ganesh Chaturthi is one of my favourite festivals and every year I remain so excited for the same.
I have been making Ganpati ji's idol at home for a couple of years now and it has become a tradition to sculpt the idol myself. I don't follow a particular set of rules, infact, I follow my heart and just make the idol. I do believe that making idols at home adds a personal touch to the festival. I can say that it's a different sort of vibe while making murti and it takes me around 3-5 hours depending on the size and structure of Lord Ganesha."
Meanwhile, in her professional career, Yesha made her television debut in the show "Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey." Following that, she displayed her impressive acting skills in popular series such as "Musakaan" and "Hero Gayab Mode." In "Musakaan," Yesha shared the screen with Sharad Malhotra, and their on-screen chemistry received a lot of love from the audience.
What's less known about Yesha is her work as a stylist for prominent actresses like
Priyanka Chopra and Madhuri Dixit. In a conversation with ETimes TV, Yesha disclosed that she pursued a degree in fashion communication and specialized in styling. She had the opportunity to assist Ami Patel for a period of one and a half months, during which she worked on styling for Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt,
Madhuri Dixit, and other notable figures in the industry.
