From Vatsal Sheth to Hansika Motwani: TV’s former child artists who are now engaged or married

Once ruling the television screens with their cuteness, these child actors are now either engaged, or married and some are on their way to embracing parenthood. While some of them are still into acting, some of them have chosen a different life, but audiences still remember them for their yesteryear shows.

Hansika Motwani has been a part of several TV shows as a child actor. From Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Shaka Laka Boom Boom, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi to Sonpari, Hansika’s vivacious personality as a kid was loved by all. She had a big fat wedding last year in December as she tied the knot with businessman Sohail Khaturiya. Hansika is now a leading actress in South Indian films.

Vatsal Sheth, who played the role of an adolescent Jai in Just Mohabbat, is all set to embrace fatherhood soon. Married to actress Ishita Dutta, Vatsal has been sharing several pics from their maternity photoshoot. From being a child actor to leading actor in films, Vatsal is all ready for his new role as a father.

Jhanak Shukla, also known as Karishma, is the lovely blue-eyed daughter of renowned actress Supriya Shukla. In Little Woner’s Hindi adaption Karishma Ka Karishma, Jhanak charmed everyone. She left everyone by surprise after announcing her roka ceremony with boyfriend Swapnil Suryawanshi. It was an intimate ceremony in January this year.

Aditya played Harsh aka Jai’s imaginary friend in the show Just Mohabbat. This cute child actor is now a married man. Aditya has been a part of several shows and was seen last year as Sayantani Ghosh aka Daljeet’s stepson in Tera Yaar Hoon Main. He is married to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin actress Tanvi Thakker.

Baa Bahoo Aur Baby actress Swini Khara got engaged to businessman Urvish Desai on February 24. Seen in TV shows like Dill Mill Gayye and films like Cheeni Kum, Swini quit showbiz to become a lawyer after she acted in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. This child actor met her beau in an arranged marriage setup and the wedding date is not yet fixed. She is an influencer and a lawyer now.

The young boy Jai Malhotra aka Harsh Lunia from one of the coolest shows of the 90s, Just Mohabbat, is all set to embrace parenthood for the first time. Married to Karishma Gulati, Harsh has a horse farm. He is not into acting anymore. The couple will welcome their first child in May.

Sana Saeed made her Bollywood debut as a child actress in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in 1998 and then went on to do several TV shows as a child actor. She played the role of Chatur Chachi on the kids channel and also did shows like Kumkum and Kahiin Toh Hoga as a kid. Later, she made her big Bollywood debut in a prominent role with Student of the Year and a couple of reality shows on TV. She announced engagement with Csaba Wagner in January this year.
