From Priyanka Chahar-Archana Gautam to Shamita Shetty-Neha Bhasin: Ahead of Bigg Boss 17, a look at BFFs who turned foes after the show

Every season Bigg Boss begins with the contestants jelling up with one another and eventually making a stronger bond inside the house. While many remain best of friends even after the show, others turn foes. Some of these duos seemed inseparable to the fans, however, their friendship hit rock bottom post the show and they aren’t on talking terms anymore. Here’s a list..

Priyanka and Archana formed a great bond inside the Bigg Boss 16 house. Even though their friendship saw ups and downs, they stood by each other throughout the journey. Their bond was loved and appreciated by everyone. However, in a recent interview Archana confirmed that they are no longer friends. A source close to ETimes TV reached out to Archana and got to know that she (Archana) wasn’t receiving the same love, appreciation and efforts from Priyanka’s side and that hurt her a lot. When we called Archana, she said, "I am very upset and hurt right now. I don't want to say anything about it." Priyanka reacted to the same and said,
"She is like a kid and behaves like an immature. I don't want to comment on it."

Shamita and Neha had set an example of a great friendship inside the Bigg Boss OTT house. The two were always supportive of each other and had each other’s back throughout the show. However, they were never seen together post-the show. Later, a report of them having disputes and no longer being friends came up.

Bigg Boss 16’s MC Stan and Abdu Rozik’s bromance was something that fans adored more than anything. However, they had a major fallout after coming out of the Bigg Boss house. Abdu's team had then released a statement saying that MC Stan is no longer talking to him despite his constant attempts to reach out to him. Abdu confirmed that on March 10, Stan called Sajid when he was with him. However, MC Stan allegedly ignored him and said 'I will call you later.’ He then disconnected the call. Abdu continued to make his efforts for MC Stan but their friendship didn’t get any better.

Nishant Bhat and Raqesh Bapat shared a great bond ever since their Bigg Boss OTT journey. Their bond got stronger when Raqesh made a wildcard entry in Bigg Boss 15. However, Nishant told a news portal earlier this year that the two aren’t in touch anymore. He said, “So Raqesh, honestly, I am not in touch with him because wo hota hai na koi dostiyan udhar tak hi theek hai, uske baad usko kheechne ka koi matlab nahi hota hai. So I have not been in touch with Raqesh since Bigg Boss. (Some friendships are better limited to a certain point. Dragging the friendship after it makes no sense.) But yes, Shamita, I and Pratik are very much in touch.”

In Bigg Boss 12, Sreesanth and Dipika Kakar shared a ‘brother-sister’ like bond. Despite several ups and downs in the game, the two never failed to stand by each other. However, things immediately changed after the show when Dipika unfollowed Sreesanth's wife on a social media platform. Sreesanth was so angry by this incident that he ended all relations with her. Sreesanth shared in an interview, “The last communication from my side was when I dropped her a message to invite her to Saanvika's birthday. My daughter Saanvika was like 'Dad please call bua for my birthday' so I dropped her a message but there was no response from her. For me, the best gift you can give someone is respect, that is most important to me.”

One of the major highlights of Bigg Boss 5 was Mahek and Juhi’s close bond. The two were best friends inside the house. However, their friendship came to an end after Mahek saw Juhi badmouth her to the housemates. When the two left the show, they maintained their distance and never met again.

Karishma Tanna and Sushant Digvikar were quite a team inside the Bigg Boss house. It seemed like nothing could come in-between their friendship. Especially with Diandra on their side. In one of the episodes, Karishma decided to save her make-up over her good buddy, Sushant, for a task. Everyone in the house was taken aback. Sushant was forced to end the friendship with her.
