Farah was stunned by a huge portrait of Ram styled like Pablo Escobar. Ram explained, “It was gifted to me after Neeyat and reminds me of my weight loss journey.” The portrait is both an artistic exaggeration and a personal symbol—marking a milestone he’s proud of.
