Shweta Tiwari has always been praised for her acting abilities, beauty, and captivating attitude. She lost weight with small modifications in her lifestyle rather than a crash course at the gym or a diet. Here's a look at what she followed for her drastic transformation:

When Shweta gained weight

Shweta gained weight after the birth of her second child, reaching 73 kg. She saw changes in her body and mind as she balanced her profession, two children, and home life. The actress decided to undergo a transformation with changes in her lifestyle.

Shweta's diet plan

Shweta did not indulge in any pricey or exotic diet. Her nutritionist provided her with a basic yet balanced diet plan, which included— Pulses, Brown rice, Seasonal Fruits, Oats and dry fruits and Lean meats. She eliminated sweets, processed foods, and late-night nibbles. There is no juice cleanse or starving; only moderation and simplicity.

Her workout regime

Shweta has an excellent workout program. She integrated workouts into her daily routine. Her routine involved: Strength training (to gain muscle and burn fat), Cardio (e.g. jogging, brisk stroll) and Yoga (to decrease stress and improve flexibility). Her trainer tailors her routines to her specific lifestyle and demands, preventing injuries and overtraining.

Mental toughness for weight loss

Mental toughness is a key part of weight loss. Shweta trained both her body and her mind. During her stint with Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, Arjun Bijlani was seen often praising Shweta Tiwari's fitness and she nailed the stunts with her agility.

On having a positive mindset

She practised mindfulness and meditation, which improved her attention and increased his self-confidence. Not every day is filled with motivation. However, tiny adjustments, like as fitting into old jeans and feeling energised, kept her continuing.

Shweta calls Palak and Reyansh her strength

Shweta Tiwari claims that her weight-loss journey was not her own. Her daughter Palak Tiwari and her son Reyansh were her main sources of motivation throughout this journey. She stated that her family became her support system, and despite being a single mother, she was able to find time for herself.
