From learning aerial yoga, tennis to cupping therapy; here’s how mom of two Debina Bonnerjee is staying fit and healthy

Debina Bonnerjee, an actress and now a vlogger keeps everyone updated with her daily life. She would also often share her workout routine with her audience. She had taken up small-term goals to stay fit sharing, “I can’t do 3 months challenge or 6 months challenge. I want to stay true to myself by taking up short-term goals.” Here’s how she stays and fit and healthy post two back-to-back pregnancies.

Doing aerial yoga

Debina has taken up aerial yoga, challenging herself to learn something new. Sharing pictures from her practice session, she wrote, “You are as young as your spine is flexible. Have taken it seriously as I started feeling the years are passing by really really fast. @roshaangarry thanku for finding me out.”

Learning tennis

Debina shared a short clip where she was seen learning Lawn Tennis. The actress shared, "This was my first session of learning Tennis. On the other hand, my little Divisha is learning how to walk." Debina practised Tennis and tried her best to learn the most of it on the first day itself. The coach was quite impressed with Debina's dedication as she made sure she hit all the balls thrown at her without missing the hit.

25 days fitness challenge

Debina undertook a unique 25-day fitness transformation challenge, pushing her limits. A crucial component of this regimen involved early morning awakenings at 5 AM, engaging in a combination of cross-fit training and running. Additionally, she intended to incorporate Pilates sessions with her fellow mom friends during the hours when baby Lianna is at school, aiming for optimal productivity during that time.

Cupping therapy for fitness

Not only exercises, Debina also did a cupping therapy. Debina shared a glimpse of her cupping therapy where she shared how important it is for fitness, she wrote, "Fitness is never a smooth ride. Apart from sleepless nights and mom guilt. There are occasional spasms that crop in which delays your journey. I got this terrible back spasm around my left scapula and treated it with some cupping and acupuncture. Yo Mama! you are handling it well."

Household chores and handling two kids

Mom to 2-yrs-old Lianna and 1-yr-old Divisha, Debina shared not only exercise, household chores and running behind the two are also a form of exercise. Debina revealed how she keeps herself busy, "Even if I am not working out there are a lot of things to do as I have to take Lianna to school, prepare Divisha and Lianna's meals and all their chores keep me equally energetic and busy. All moms will relate to this to constantly giving attention and carrying the toddler everywhere is not easy."

When she started full-fledged workout

About resuming proper workout, Debina had shared, “I take out time in the morning because the kids sleep this time and there are responsible people to take care of them in the house. If I don’t reset myself now, then it will be very late. I feel like I have solid fat in my belly and it will get difficult to lose it. I have got proper go ahead from doctor to resume workout. Before this, I was doing warm up and now I have resumed work out full-fledged. I wanted to stay in practice and not start workout all of a sudden.”
