From Karan Kundrra–Tejasswi Prakash to Aly Goni–Jasmin Bhasin; TV celebs who are living together but haven’t tied the knot yet

In the world of television, love stories often blossom amidst lights, cameras, and scripts but some of the strongest bonds exist off-screen. A growing number of celebrity couples are choosing companionship over convention, living together happily without rushing into marriage. From Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash to Rahul Dev and Mugdha Godse, here’s a look at TV’s most loved live-in couples who prove that commitment isn’t defined by a wedding band.

2/7

Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash

It’s been almost three years since Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash met on Bigg Boss 15, and their chemistry has only grown stronger. In a candid chat with Humans of Bombay, Tejasswi opened up about their live-in relationship, revealing it was actually her parents’ idea. She said, “That was especially after my last breakup — my parents were sure that I do. (Laughs) They said, ‘You have to live with him because you are very fickle. You better be sure.’ My family was very sure that Karan and I live together, and so were his parents.” Tejasswi further clarified, “It’s not a complete live-in situation because I’m not from a different state and live on rent. I’m a Mumbaikar and I anyway have a house in Mumbai. So whenever I have a shoot closer to my house, I live there. Whenever I have some work I stay at my place, and whenever I want to chill, I stay at his.” Their relationship stands as a blend of independence and togetherness — strong, supportive, and beautifully balanced.

Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin

Best friends turned partners, Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin have been inseparable since their Bigg Boss 14 days. The duo is now living together and loving every bit of their journey. Speaking about their arrangement on Farah Khan’s podcast, they joked, “It’s going good. We have different rooms and bathrooms — that’s the main difference!” Aly further added, “Even if there is pressure, I’ve lived my life. We both love our parents, and they are very cool.” The couple radiates comfort and companionship, proving that love flourishes best without societal timelines or unnecessary labels.

4/7

Rahul Dev and Mugdha Godse

Together for nearly a decade, Rahul Dev and Mugdha Godse share a bond grounded in mutual respect and emotional maturity. The two even participated in the reality show Power Couple. Rahul, who found love again after the loss of his first wife, shared with ETimes, “We are both happy with the way things are, busy in the pursuit of our work yet having the space and luxury of planning travel together.” He added, “I have a grown-up son from my late wife Rina. His name is Sidhant. Mugdha has a young nephew and niece and she takes keen interest in their development. So we are both more than happy the way things are.” Their bond stands as an inspiring example of love that is mature, evolved, and content without formal commitments.

5/7

Delnaaz Irani and Percy Karkaria

For Delnaaz Irani and Percy Karkaria, love is about companionship, not ceremonies. The couple, together for over a decade, had once planned to marry on Delnaaz’s 50th birthday — but now feel marriage is unnecessary. Delnaaz told Bombay Times, “I think marriage is overrated. I feel shy and nervous whenever people ask me about it. I’ve gone through many ups and downs.” She continued, “I would often joke with my friends that I may marry and surprise them on my 50th birthday but I guess I shouldn’t mince words anymore. As a couple, Percy and I are happy the way we are and we don’t need to sign a document to seal our relationship.”

6/7

Ashlesha Savant and Sandeep Baswana

The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi couple, Ashlesha Savant and Sandeep Baswana, have been together for nearly two decades — yet marriage has never been a topic of pressure. The duo prefers to live life on their own terms, focusing on companionship, understanding, and shared goals over formal rituals. Their enduring partnership continues to thrive, proving that long-term love can exist beyond traditional norms.

7/7

Abigail Pande and Sanam Johar

Dancers and actors Abigail Pande and Sanam Johar met through mutual friends and grew close over time. Their bond deepened during Nach Baliye 8, where Abigail famously went down on her knees to propose to Sanam on stage. The couple had planned to get married in 2020, but the pandemic changed their priorities. Speaking to Times of India TV, Abigail said, “There is no answer to this. I keep telling him also that I don't understand it because it's been 10 years almost that we've been together. Today also, if for three-four hours I'm not next to Sanam then I feel like I want to go and meet him. He’s my best friend. Everything that happens, I have to call him and tell him. My day is incomplete without having spoken to Sanam.” Their relationship radiates love, loyalty, and deep friendship — proving that true connection transcends timelines and labels.
