Disha Parmar and Rahul Vaidya recently announced her pregnancy through an adorable post, and is set to begin with her new show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3. The actress will be working through her pregnancy. However, it is said that the show is finite she will be seen recreating the same magic of Ram and Priya with Nakuul Mehta one more time.

Tanvi continued to work during her second trimester, the actress plays the character of Shivani in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. The actress is now in her final leg of pregnancy with her third trimester. She worked till her 7th month for the show and has finally taken a break from the show and is currently enjoying the last months of her pregnancy.

In her recent video on social media, Pankhuri shared with fans how they came to know about having twins. She revealed that in the initial months of her pregnancy, she was shooting for a TV show. While shooting rigorously for more than 10 hours the actress felt extremely exhausted and witnessed bleeding. She was rushed to the hospital midway of the shooting and after a few tests and a teary wait, the doctor shared the good news with them. Soon after that, she chose to quit shooting to embrace her twins. By then she was around 12-13 weeks pregnant.

Gauahar Khan, who revealed her pregnancy in December, last year, worked full-time while balancing an enriching personal life. Not only was she shooting for an OTT show with Rannvijay Singha, but she also hosted an award show during her initial pregnancy days. The actress has defied several pregnancy stereotypes and encouraged many women. Gauahar is blessed with a baby boy.

Bharti Singh gave birth to her son Gola on April 3, 2022. The actress worked till the end, entertaining the audience even during her final trimester. Furthermore, she returned to work less than two weeks after giving birth. The actress has demonstrated that women can successfully manage their personal and professional lives both before and after pregnancy. In an interview with the media, she said that she gets quite upset when she leaves her newborn at home for work, but work is also extremely important to her.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Dayaben aka Disha Vakani worked till her third trimester and later took a maternity break to enjoy those moments with her newborn. Earlier, to justify her break on-screen makers portrayed that she has gone to stay at her mother’s place in the TV show. Disha was blessed with a baby girl in 2017 and few months she gave birth to a baby boy. She has not returned back to television ever since.

Pooja Banerjee, who recently made her comeback with Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, had worked continuously till her third trimester. The actress was shooting for Kumkum Bhagya back then. She continued shooting for the show from home in her last days of pregnancy and inspired many women to balance their professional and personal life.

Anita Hassanandani shared that she was pregnant while shooting for Naagin 5. However, she managed to keep it a secret from everyone on set and nobody got a clue about it. She made the announcement official much later, she also posted a picture from the shoot of Naagin 5 recalling how time flew so fast and nobody got to know anything about her pregnancy. She wrote, "Initial days when no one had a clue Dammnnn time is flying by ....#MixedEmotions also #MoodSwings." However, Anita took a break from shooting when she entered the crucial trimesters.

The actress-turned-minister rose to prominence after portraying television's renowned bahu, Tulsi Virani, in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhu Thi. The daily soap ran successfully for 8 years. Smriti married and was pregnant during the course of the show. According to reports, the actress shot until the last day of her pregnancy. Ekta Kapoor, the show's producer, disclosed to the public that Smriti worked to the end. In fact, few people are aware that she was shot on the day of her wedding.

Gautami had replaced Smriti Irani in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, she was also pregnant during the making of the show.
