From Debina Bonnerjee to Bharti Singh; these Television divas gave birth to their little munchkins through C-section

It is often heard that C-sec is a vital option for delivery but nobody talks about the side effects and process of healing through it. Take a look at these Television divas who had a cesarean delivery and shared their journey of healing through it:

2/8

Debina Bonnerjee

Debina is blessed with two beautiful daughters, Lianna and Divisha. Her second delivery was complicated as she had Divisha through a Cesarean operation. In her vlog, she shared tips and revealed her struggle with the delivery. She revealed that she was extremely weak initially but slowly began to recover and even after the stitches were removed she decided to take one day at a time and heal naturally without using the belly belt or anything. She now also has a specialized exercise plan keeping the c-sec in mind.

Charu Asopa

After giving birth to Zianna through C-section, Charu took it slow to return to her routine. In one of her vlogs, the actress spoke about her love for exercise and how she chose to begin with pilates. She said, “I am going to do my favourite workout, which is Pilates. It’s been two months since Ziana’s birth. I consulted the doctor and I learnt that after six weeks, I can resume my workout. There were many, who had queries about resuming workouts after a Caesarean. So if you have a C-section, you can resume your workout after six weeks.”

4/8

Bharti Singh

Haarsh Limbachiyaa and Bharti Singh were seen discussing about their son Gola during a paparazzi interview on the set of their programme Khatra Khatra Khatra. Haarsh Limbachiyaa was spotted telling the paparazzi that Bharti Singh is in a lot of pain because she was in pain for 2-3 days after her C-section delivery.

Earlier, Bharti Singh also stated that she was terrified about caesarean delivery since she has heard that it causes severe pain later on. She was following all of her doctor's instructions in order to have a normal delivery. In an interview, Bharti Singh also stated that she walks for an hour every morning and practises Yoga as directed by her trainer.

5/8

Navina Bole

Navina Bole, who rose to fame with Miley Jab Hum Tum, is the proud mother of a baby girl named Kimaayra. She did, however, reveal that her pregnancy came as a pleasant surprise because she had not planned to embark on this journey. And, like many others, she wanted to give her little bundle of joy the best, so she chose a C-section delivery for her first child.

Navina wrote on Instagram after her baby's birth that she felt weak postpartum, sleep tired, and chubbier, but guess what? It is only the beginning of a wonderful adventure known as parenthood.

6/8

Chhavi Mittal

Chhavi Mittal not only inspired fans throughout her second pregnancy, but she also taught them about Hypnobirthing. The actress already has a six-year-old daughter, Areeza, and on May 13, 2019, she gave birth to her second child, Arham Hussein. Her second trip to the labour room, however, had difficulties involved.

She was coerced into having a C-section by the one person in whom she had placed her heart, soul, body, and mind. Chhavi revealed in an Instagram post that her doctor was never on board with her birthing plan and dropped out at the last minute.

7/8

Kishwer Merchant

Kishwer gave birth to her little munchkin Nirvair through C-sec and the actress had penned a note about the whole journey. While there is a common misconception that C-section deliveries are "easier," Kishwer's post, in which she can be seen cradling her young one, highlighted how taxing and painful giving birth can be from endless painkillers, tiredness, latching or feeding struggles, or sleepless nights- and why new parents need all the help and support they can get, postpartum.

8/8

Nisha Rawal

In 2017, Nisha Rawal had given birth to her little one Kavish through C-section and the actress had a serious surgery due to which she was extremely weak. She had posted a video from the hospital and shared, "These syringes, that messed up hair, that stupid thing I am holding and brushing my teeth in bed, the very 1st day of the surgery probably made me shy away from the camera for the 1st time but why? I want to share with you all this side of me too! To me this post is not about the video but about the courage to be able to show myself this way. It was a point I was trying to make to myself. "

She further added, "I had a C-section and a complicated one, this is the day I hadn’t started walking yet! Shall tell you more about the complication my surgery went through as these chapters unfold! That feeling of the little one sleeping next to me was so immensely precious and @realkaranmehra recorded this because he probably has never seen me so dependent. 14th June 2017postpartumday."
