Aman Gupta

Aman Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Boat Lifestyle, began his academic path with a degree in Business Administration from Delhi University, followed by passing the CA examination. Pursuing his thirst for knowledge, he obtained an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business. Gupta continued to refine his management and marketing expertise with an additional MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in the USA in 2011.

Namita Thapar

Namita's educational journey began with undergraduate studies in Commerce at Savitribai Phule Pune University, alongside enrollment in the ICAI chartered accountancy program. Afterward, she pursued an MBA in India before venturing to the US, where she assumed the role of Business Finance head at Guidant Corporation. Later, she earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Returning to India, Namita became the CFO at Emcure Pharmaceuticals, founded by her father Satish Mehta, who now serves as the CEO and Managing Director. Her career trajectory culminated in her appointment as the Executive Director of the company.

Ritesh Agarwal

In 2011, Ritesh Agarwal, the founder and CEO of OYO Rooms, initially joined the Indian School of Business and Finance under the University of London International Program. However, he chose to quit studies shortly after. Despite foregoing formal education, Ritesh demonstrates a profound understanding of business strategies and innovation, skills he has developed through practical experience and self-guided learning. He later earned a fellowship from the Thiel Foundation, becoming the first Asian to be awarded the esteemed $100,000 grant.
