From a shocking double eviction to Salman Khan schooling Abhishek Malhan: Major highlights from Bigg Boss OTT2 Weekend Ka Vaar

The Bigg Boss OTT 2's Weekend Ka Vaar turned out to be a fiery affair as Salman Khan confronted Abhishek Malhan for his recent conversation on being overconfident about winning the show. There was a major war of words that continued between Manisha Rani- Bebika Dhurve, Jiya Shankar-Pooja Bhatt, Avinash Sachdev- Elvish Yadav and Abhishek Malhan. Abhishek also made a revelation that he heard about Elvish's PR team was doing negative PR against him, while Elvish was hurt that the one he thought was his closest friend in the house doesn't even consider him as a winner. Avinash Sachdev was confronted by Abhishek Malhan regarding the influence of his acts on the ration task inside the house. However, Avinash continued to defend himself by refusing to apologise to anyone because he believed he had done nothing wrong. The heated exchange between Avinash and Elvish Yadav evolves into a severe dispute, with Elvish taking offence at Avinash's ego and sparking a verbal altercation.

Salman Khan assigned contestants a task to choose housemates with whom they believe their pots of sin are overflowing. And the winner would be showered with "keechad (mud)." Manisha chose Bebika for obvious reasons during the challenge, but she rejected it. Bebika said that Manisha had been making false accusations against her for several days and thus refused to accept the task. Later, Salman stated that it was not mud but multani mitti, a face cleanser.

On the seventh episode of Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan reprimanded Abhishek Malhan for prioritising his social media followers above all else. He lectured Abhishek about making a narcissistic remark and becoming overconfident. Salman also showed the conversation where Abhishek was heard saying, "I've brought a whole community to this show." Abhishek also added that he has been leading the house wisely from day 1 and has brought his entire YouTube community and audiences to the show.

Pooja chose herself in the task and poured the mud revealing that she felt her evilness needs to be addressed too. However, Bigg Boss wasn't in favour of that and asked her to choose someone else. Pooja chose Jiya and they ended up in a war of words during the task. Pooja lost her calm and decided to quit with Bigg Boss's permission.

Salman Khan announced a task for Friendship Day. Contestants must give their best buddy a friendship band and shred the picture of the contestant they never want to see again. Avinash hands Pooja Bhatt the band and destroys Jiya's picture. Jad also gives Pooja the band and shreds Jiya's image. Pooja hands Bebika the ring and destroys Abhishek's picture. Bebika gives Pooja the band and rips Elvish's image. Elvish hands Manisha the band and destroys Bebika's picture. Manisha hands Abhishek the band and rips Bebika's image. Abhishek hands Pooja the ring and destroys Bebika's picture. Jiya hands Avinash the band and ruins Bebika's image in the task.

Jad Hadid and Avinash Sachdev became the contestants who got eliminated from the house. Salman asked the contestants who they think would get eliminated and revealed that there shall be double elimination. Most of them took Jad's name. Salman then announced that Jad and Avinash are eliminated. All the contestants hugged them while Jiya tried solving issues with Avinash and Abhishek apologised to him.

Manisha Rani and Elvish Yadav joked with Abhishek Malhan on the weekend ka vaar's discussion regarding his conversation with his mother. Elvish's team, according to Abhishek, is running negative PR against him. Elvish denied any knowledge and questioned Abhishek's belief that he could do so. Abhishek admitted he didn't know and showed his faith in their friendship. They reassured each other and decided to investigate the unfavourable PR rumours. Elvish stated that his experience on Bigg Boss OTT 2 has been special and that he will find the reality outside.

Abhishek Malhan and Bebika Dhurve had an emotional conversation. With their continual fighting, Abhishek conceded that they must have appeared foolish, and Bebika agreed. He apologised several times to Bebika, but she held grudges. They both admitted that their fights were hilarious and apologised to one other for injuring each other multiple times. Abhishek stated that he shredded her picture during the challenge, but that he will always be connected to her after the show. They hugged and apologised to each other, ultimately mending their problems. Bebika also teased Manisha that Abhishek has found a new bestie in the last week.

Elvish Yadav revealed to Jiya Shankar that he was offended when Abhishek claimed that a wild card can never be a winner. Elvish stated that he believes Abhishek is the winner, but Abhishek does not agree. Elvish, according to Abhishek, will never win the show. Elvish acknowledged that Abhishek's statement had hurt him more than any of the house fights or the tasks. He also made it clear to Jiya that if he did negative PR on Abhishek, they would be enemies in the house from the first day. Elvish stated that Abhishek's remark made him feel like a bad guy which he is not.
