, the actor says, " I personally feel flirting can make us feel good. It has positive effects on the health, psychological wellbeing and on building and maintaining relationships. Healthy flirting is the art of making someone feel good, boosting their self-esteem and confidence. It’s also a huge boost to our self-confidence to be flirted with. There is a direct link between healthy flirting and stimulation of the nervous system. It encourages blood flow and also leads to the release of adrenaline. Increase in adrenaline in turn increases the ability to stay alert, to concentrate, and also makes us more sensitive to touch. The best part is it motivates us to be better. For instance, when you go to a place you know some one you fancy, you’ll make the effort to be your best self."
Puneett talks about his share of flirting he experienced in college days. He says, "During my college days, I was the shy, quiet types and girls would always try to flirt with me. I would enjoy their healthy banter. Healthy flirting is fun and it makes people involved feel good. So give it a go and reap the benefits for a boost in confidence, take your relationship a notch up and improve your wellbeing. We should remember though that anything out of limit is harmful. So, we should always remember the thin line that will keep us gentle and welcoming."
Puneett has featured in shows like Sadda Haq, Laal Ishq, Shakti and Naagin 3 and played a lead role in Naati Pinky Ki Lambi Love Story.
