at 6 am yesterday. Producer

Nissar Parvej

told BT, “The fire broke out early morning. The store room caught flames following a short circuit and it spread within no time. Fortunately, we didn’t have a shoot yesterday, so there is no casualty. However, the exteriors of the set have been gutted. The Nand haveli and the store room have also been damaged severely, leading to the loss of weapons. Fortunately, the interiors of the set were saved in time. Also, there is another part of the set, which is untouched and will be used for shooting now. The fire was brought in control within an hour. We should be resuming shoot very soon.”

Manish Wadhwa, who plays Kans on the mythological show, added, “Yes, it’s true that a fire broke out in the store room and it spread. A lot of property, including curtains and my weapons, have been destroyed. Fortunately, the sets haven’t been affected that badly. We are expecting to resume the shoot from tomorrow."
