Festivities galore on the small screen

On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, Sab family had a great time, celebrating the kite festival in style. Fun and excitement was at its peak as Smriti Irani, Kavita Kaushik, Ali Asgar, Apara Mehta, Sumeet Raghavan, Baba Sehgal, Mughda Chapekar, Varun Badola, Shailesh Lodha amongst others turned up on the sets of Lapataganj to wish co-stars and colleagues and celebrate Makar Sankranti.
The actors were seen enjoying the spirit of the day and showing their creativity in designing kites and their talent in kite-flying. There was non-stop laughter in the air as contenders participated in the contest round of preparing til ladoos.
Speaking on the occasion, Anooj Kapoor, business head, Sab said, “Instituted last year, the idea to celebrate the festival of kites with all the stars has been extremely successful. It is like a family reunion where everybody is celebrating the fact that asli mazaa Sab ke saath aata hai.”
