Exclusive! Yeh Rishta actress Pratiksha Honmukhe finalised to play an important role in Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye

Pratiksha Honmukhe, who was last seen playing the role of Ruhi in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is all set to play the other girl in Virat's (Arjit Taneja) life in Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye. The actress will enter the show in a few weeks as Virat's former girlfriend.

A source close to the production house confirmed the news. "Pratiksha will start shooting for Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye in a few weeks. She is finalised to play the other girl in Virat's life. She will play his former girlfriend and bring a lot of twists and turns in Amruta and Virat's life. Pratiksha has played the role of other girl in Yeh Rishta too. Her track will go on air in a few weeks."

The Yeh Rishta actress had to exit the show after the production house asked her to leave the show along with Shehzada Dhami in March. After her exit, the actress has maintained silence and chosen to not comment on the controversy. She played Ruhi, who is in love with Armaan (Rohit Purohit) in the show. Ruhi is married to Rohit in the show, but he meets with an accident and is shown to be dead. Garvita Sadhwani replaced Ruhi's character in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Current track revolves around Ruhi and her marriage to Armaan and how Abhira (Samriddhi Shukla) is the wedding planner and trying to organise their wedding.
