Exclusive: Urfi Javed on her bond with Kashish Thakur, fights in Splitsvilla 14 and being friends with an ex

Urfi Javed made a sassy entry in Splitsvilla 14 and created a stir. The actress entered as Queen Bee and showed everyone why she is the Queen. From picking up fights with Sakshi Dwivedi to her romantic and sweet moments with Kashish Thakur, Urfi made sure the drama quotient was high on point. In an exclusive conversation with ETimes TV, Urfi spilled the beans on her stay in the reality show, her current equation with Sakshi and Kashish and more.

I was initially hesitant but it was amazing. I came to that point and felt like I didn’t want to leave. Initially, I wasn’t used to this lifestyle. Living together with other contestants, have food together, perform tasks under the sun. It was so difficult for me. I am so used to the pampering. Mujhe meri asli aukaat pata chal gayi. Thoda sa ground pe aana bhi zaroori hai, bahut diva ban gayi thi.

We fought a lot and we still fight a lot. It happens. He’s a bit different. My nature is outgoing and he’s a bit shy. So, we had our fights. But he’s a nice guy. I really like him. He is amazing. In totality, he is nice. He is very funny. And the fact that he thinks he is funny, makes him funnier. We are very good friends.

Just after seeing him, I just thought his smile is very cute. I notice one thing in men, their smile. I loved his smile. I only went on a date with Kashish. The first time I met him, it was very nice. He twirled me around while dancing. We had a lot of fun and laughed. It was good.

I just wanted to fight. It was getting boring so I just thought ‘let’s fight’. I wanted some masala. I felt she has an attitude. I wanted to break it. Iska ghamand toh aaj main chur chur karungi. I didn’t know it would escalate to that level. But it happened. When you stay together, you learn to live together and also fights happen. We are past that now.

I found love from a lot of people. I have so many friends now. They all love me and I love them. I had no thoughts before going into Splitsvilla apart from the fact that I wanted to do a lot of drama and fights.

She is very sweet and a nice lady. She is just a sweet person. She is very positive, you meet her and she is actually Sunny. She is like a ray of sunshine. Whenever she used to come on the sets, she would brighten up the sets. Arjun is a very fun loving person. He is so humorous and his one-liners were the best.

(Pointing towards her team) These people were selective. If you see, they had put black tapes on my b**bs saying ‘b**bs dikh rahe hai. I don’t even have b**bs, guys. They were like ‘yeh nahi dikha sakte ho’.

Let me tell you, I didn’t mean it like that. Maine hawabaazi me zyada bol diya tha. My ex Kashish, like he is not even my ex. We used to date but he is a great guy. He is one of the best people I have met in my entire life. He is amazing and I still speak to him. He is like my mentor. Whenever I have any problem, I call him. I don’t know why I said that in Splitsvilla.

Everytime! Everytime I am talking, the next minute I feel yeh nahi bolna chahiye tha. But it’s too late. And once I tell it, I am like ‘f*ck it, ab toh bol diya’. If I am wrong, I will apologise. No one becomes small by apologising. Even if it’s not your mistake, sometimes say ‘sorry’. You know they are your friends or family. But, if they are not, then f*ck it.
