Exclusive - Udne Ki Aasha actress Neha Harsora on balancing personal and professional life amidst busy schedule; says 'catching up on extra sleep...'
Neha Harsora is currently ruling the roost with her hit TV show, Udne Ki Aasha. The actress, who plays the role of Saylee in the daily soap, is loved by audiences for her performance and her on-screen chemistry with Kanwar Dhillon. But given the hectic life of daily soap actors, like others Neha also gets hardly any 'me time' Recently, in an exclusive chat with Times of India TV, Neha opened up about how she manages time between her personal and professional life.
Talking about how she finds ‘me time’ amidst her hectic schedule, she shared, “Whenever I get a break from my busy shooting routine, spending time at the salon becomes my way to unwind, and catching up on a bit of extra sleep feels like a treat to myself.”.
When asked about the role of fitness in an actor’s life and how she manages to stay fit despite her packed schedule, Neha responded, “It’s true that in our profession, staying fit is crucial. I’ve recently started focusing on it again because I was feeling unusually tired and sluggish. I realized it was time to prioritize my physical health. Balancing workouts with a busy day has been challenging, but I’m making it work. It not only boosts my physical well-being but also uplifts me mentally and gives me the extra confidence I need.”
The actress is enjoying the love and adulation from fans for her role of Saylee. On being asked about her last vacation and if she has any upcoming travel plans. She shared, “It’s been quite some time since I’ve taken a proper holiday, but I have no complaints, I’m truly enjoying my work and the appreciation that comes with it. That said, whenever I wrap up early, I make sure to spend time with friends and family, even if it’s just catching up over a cup of chai.”
She also shared her thoughts on time travel and the era she’d love to revisit, saying, “I think I’d love to go back to my college days. It was a carefree time where I could just be myself and truly enjoy life without worries. That said, I’m genuinely happy with what I’m doing right now and cherishing these moments too. But yes, if given the chance, I’d definitely love to relive those college days.”
