Exclusive - Sidharth Sagar talks about happiness; says 'Being present, living the moment with complete awareness is what makes me happy'
Actor Sidharth Sagar is known for bringing smiles to audiences with his impeccable comic timing. However, beyond his on-screen humor, Sidharth has a deep and insightful perspective on happiness. In an exclusive conversation, he shared his thoughts on what true happiness means and how he practices it in his daily life.
For Sidharth, happiness is not just a fleeting emotion but a state of being. “My way of happiness is when a human life is working at its best—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Then, staying happy is a consequence of your well-being,” he explained.
He believes that happiness is deeply rooted in balance and being in tune with nature. “When you are in balance and in tune with nature, and when you become a man or a woman of the moment, you truly understand what happiness is,” he said.
Sidharth finds his greatest joy in living in the present moment. “Being present, living the moment with complete awareness is what makes me happy,” he shared, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness in everyday life.
Looking back at his career, Sidharth has enjoyed all his projects, but one show remains particularly close to his heart. “Comedy Classes was one of my favorite shows because I enjoyed the teamwork and the love that the team had for the show. It was pure happiness to be there on set,” he recalled.
As someone who has navigated life’s ups and downs, Sidharth follows three essential principles for happiness: Live in the moment. Whatever you do, do it with complete awareness and intensity. Prioritize knowing yourself—being human is a wonderful opportunity to grow spiritually.
Through his work and wisdom, Sidharth Sagar continues to inspire others to find joy within themselves. His philosophy serves as a powerful reminder that happiness is not something to chase but something to cultivate from within.
Sidharth is currently busy with his comedy content What Nonsense in his own you tube channel but he is looking forward to exploring his talent as an actor too.
