Shivya Pathania, applauded for her role in Baal Shiv as Parvati, is currently on a vacation to her hometown in Himachal. The scenic environment of the hilly region has been a home to the actress’s family and she has headed there this year for a much needed break from work. The actress also spent Diwali there, celebrating the festival of lights with her kith and kin.
Opening up about her stay, she said, "I don't feel like leaving and coming back. I am really having the time of my life here and Shimla is a place where my heart is and my home is. My parents are overwhelmed with pride and love for my accomplishments and it's a beautiful feeling getting to spend ample time with all my close ones. This break from shooting was much appreciated and well deserved I feel."
Recently, while talking to ETimes TV about her journey in the TV industry, Shivya had said, "My life took a 360 degree turn after winning Miss Shimla, then Humsafars, mythological shows and by God’s blessings I entered the OTT world. My journey has been a roller-coaster ride. There were times when I didn’t even have work. But I always had faith in God and hard work is what kept me going. I still have a long way to go. I watch and read a lot of celebrity interviews. Pankaj Tripathi inspires me a lot."
