Exclusive: Shiv Thakare turns entrepreneur as he launches his first salon in his hometown Amravati; says 'This seems like a dream coming into existence'
Actor Shiv Thakare, who emerged as the winner of reality show 'The 50' has become an entrepreneur with a new venture. Coming from a humble background, far away from the glitter and glamour world, he made his name and garnered lots of love from the audience. His consistency also earned him the title of reality King from his fans. With the Marathi new year being celebrated yesterday, Shiv turned a new page in his book of achievements. He launched his first salon in his hometown Amravati.
From having his first entrepreneurial venture ‘Thakare Pan Store’ back in the day, to now bringing a new salon in Amravati is a huge leap for the actor. Talking about this journey and his new venture, Shiv says, “This seems like a dream coming into existence. I have always wanted to open a salon, but things went south; by Bappa’s blessings, we have finally launched our first ever branch in Amravati. I still remember our pan store that we started years ago, and today when I see my salon, I cannot express my happiness and gratitude. Seeing my parents, aaji and friends proud of me, makes me feel so satisfied from within. Dreams don’t just disappear, they do come true. All you need to do is believe, work hard and pray for it.”
Having bagged the winner position for top reality shows, Shiv has definitely proved his winner streak. Meanwhile, his latest music video, ‘Me Dhurandar’ has been making quite a buzz for its peppiness and rugged feel. Shiv has been appreciated for his look in this song.
